Here's more than 15; just all the free one's that I feel are worth getting (in alphabetical order).

-6001 Crazy Facts Free (pretty self-explanatory)

    -Backgrounds (pretty pictures for backgrounds)

-Dictionary.com (awesome because it works offline)

    -Diggle (if you're into digg.com)

    -Flixster (movie times, reviews, trailers)

-F-MyLife (good for reading about others' misfortunes)

-Google Earth (it's Google Earth, visit some world wonders)

    -i.TV (a good T.V. guide)

    -iHandy Level (a free level)

-Inside Xbox (simulated Xbox Live dashboard, can see which XBL friends are online)

-Instapaper Free (save articles you see online for offline reading later, great app)

-iWoopie (save Youtube and Dailymotion videos in-app)

-Quick Graph (graphs 3-d equations in different coordinate systems)

-textPlus (it's free, and has push notifications, awesome)

-To Do's (has reminder outside of the app that lets you know something is not completed)

-The Weather Channel Standard (it's the weather)

-Units (unit converter, easy to use)

-Yelp (nearby places and restaurant/bar reviews0

-Wikiamo (simple wikipedia with offline caching)
