This game is superbly executed. Kudos to the dev team.

 

Ok.... So I totally wanted to play this game.... But it's just sitting with the blue question mark towel thing and the words learn to play.... Just sitting there. I can't do anything.

 

Very enjoyable game. Love that there were control configuration options too... makes it playable in any style you prefer (for me it was control pad style).

My only suggestion would be for the game graphics and interface to be more stylized. I don't mean to make it 3d, ultra realistic, or have complex SNES-style sprites... instead it just needs to have some zazz.

A "cutout paper/cardboard" look with multiple layers of backgrounds to make moving give a better sense of speed and distance is something that pops to my mind when I play the game, but anything that moves it from "quickly drawn flash game graphics" to "really unique and slick graphics".

Again, I don't think they're necessarily BAD graphics (or that they need to be "realistic" or 3d to be good), I just think there is a lot of potential wasted on not trying to do something stylish with it. For instance: DoodleJump, Ramp Champ, geoDefense, Carcassonne, Durak, Melon Golf and hundreds of other successful games have very stylish graphics. They're all quite different, but they're all very polished and unique feeling (or they did until all the clones and knockoffs showed up, but that's irrelevant).

This is the worst advice ever, the game looks incredible in motion and should not change even the tiniest bit.

Is it just me or are the leaderboards broken? I have had several records in Arena mode that didn't get posted to the leaderboard. Then i suddenly got one posted, that wasn't even my best run. Two tries later it was gone..

Otherwise the game is AWESOME! Job well done dev!

 

Wow, I suck at this game (so far). Can't even complete the purple challenge after 3 retries... damn you big Purple block!
