All iPods work perfectly in game with Fastar, though there are a few main UI screens (like the Color picker screen) that slow down when the background scrolls by a town, on the iPhone3G/1st gen iPods. I assume you can manage with that glaring fault! we tested mostly on an iPhone 3G and a 3GS.
Been playing this a lot today. So much fun. My XXX time on showdown of 23 seconds is still mental, hahah I cant get close to it now that I'm really trying, hahah. Meer is the best spell to use for showdown (high regen time, extremely effective as most cubes on that level use spells also) Only tips I can think of is to lunge attack when there are bit boxes, often you can attack straight after so it's often a 200-300% increase in attack points. Also DONT GET HIT, continiously stay JUST out of reach but close enough to hit (I would often lunge into attack range and hit back straight away) it will delay you a lot. I think when I did my fastest time, I didnt get it at all. The fact that a game that could simply be described as 'running around hitting blocks' is extremely entertaining says quite a lot about the game developers. Well done!
1st generation iPod Touch; no lag whatsover here. This game is so awesome; now I see why Eli couldn't put it down. Just one question, do local high scores get transferred to the online leaderboards the next time you connect? Or can you just select send online while offline and it will send next time?
Submit online if you want it eventually to be online, there's no way to send local scores later. if there's no connection, it'll save the score, and the next time you access that leaderboard, it'll retry automatically.
Great, thanks. Maybe in a future update, adding functionality to tap the top local score to send it online (if it isn't there already)?
First search i couldn't find the game, a few seconds later it came up. I bought it instantly. This game is really fun. It's like Castle Crashers for the iPod Touch. I wonder if there is any plan on a multiplayer mode. I'll play a bit longer and then post some more impressions. Initials are ACE.

agreed...where the art direction of his other games are beautiful, this game looks awful...Its pretty fun and sure the fun factor can make up a little for graphics but...bleh, its ugly.
this is perfection. i really hope this makes it into the top 25. then maybe red conquest will get some exposure too :]
