Well, I did just get a premium item from the chest. It's the unlimited ammo thingy I've drawn before, so I'm not jumping up and down. But, it's definitely possible to draw it. Haven't seen anything ⭐️⭐️⭐️ except that and a force shield come out of the chest though. Anyone managed a cool bird maybe? EDIT: I just received a premium Teleporter from the chest. Haven't used it yet as I can't decide which deluxe figure to upgrade. Just FYI...

Multiplayer game freeze is almost becoming a game breaker. Played ten matches today. Three matches crashed. What would have been ten wins and a 100 point total is now (somehow) only 50 points, thanks to the freeze=lost penalties.
We're working on the PvP crashes and hope to have them fixed in the next update. There are a couple of things that cause this, but one of the temporary workarounds to improve PvP performance is to avoid figures with shields. There's an issue with Shields in PvP combat that deeply exacerbates things. It'll get fixed in the update but for now, if you avoid shields, it'll improve performance in a lot of matches.
Sharing that bit of info completely makes up for all the frustration. My two drones both have shields. Now, I can alleviate the problem to some degree. Thanks for letting us know while the patch is cooking.
Anyone still playing this? I started a few days ago and thought it might be abandoned. But it sounds like they're releasing an update in a couple of weeks.
I fired it back up after grabbing the update. They now have 4-5 star heroes, but the free spin now only gets you 1 or 2 stars. I may be wrong, but I imagine the 4-5 now outperform the 3 stars you may have achieved before. Since those level heroes are purchase-only, that makes this yet another pay-to-win game. A shame to see a level playing field ignored just to make more money. But, I could be wrong...
The new chat feature they implemented has people asking constantly if anyone has received a 4-5 star item from the mystery box. So far, no claims of such. It's still early, but honestly, given how they've priced the spins for a chance (just a chance!) at a 4 or 5 star hero, I can't imagine the mystery box RNG will be doling out those sorts of rank-up items casually (if at all). This game had a fine pay system in place that allowed a player to support the game but without being quite so ruthless or unfair about it. No matter how you feel about the new system, you have to admit it has radically changed and now favors players at least a bit less than before.
I got a 4* glamazon from the 150 coin spin. And quite a few 4-5* upgrade items from pvp rewards. But I finally just deleted the app. Having to check in every five hours to knock out laggy pvp got really old. And unfortunately it's the only worthwhile path to decent rewards other than the credit card. So much potential and a lot of fun starting out, but something just didn't quite click in the long run. I was also shocked at how inactive "global" chat was. I don't get the feeling they have a huge player base.
Yeah, the 4 and 5 star items are pretty much only pvp rewards. So, your 3 star heroes aren't likely to get promoted if you don't play pvp. And now that you can BUY more pvp match charges (instead of having to wait for them to recharge as it used to be), the pvp winners are those willing to spend to get an edge, not the best players. You're right that there isn't much of a player base. There was for a while, but the lackluster Valentine and Easter updates didn't really thrill people. And this update has completely unbalanced every aspect of the game because they got greedy. Like you, I think I'll wipe this and look elsewhere.
