So, I'll hope this game is just über amazing like the flash version or I'll just have to pass this on.
Wow I just played the demo on the 360 and it was only about 350meg. Glad I've got 32g anyway so I'll still be picking it up.
Damn that filesize seems ridiculous ! I love keeping great platformers on my device but at that size i'll want to complete it so i can delete it just to free up the space.
Good spot dude! Nearly 300mb for such a (seemingly) simple game does beggar belief. Like you tons of platformers keep permanent residence on my iPhone. Karoshi, League of Evil, Mos Speadrun, Super QuickHook, Pizza Boy, Archibald, Soosiz etc, etc have all been there since day one. I use my 32GB iPad 2 for the big games (Rage, Dead Space, Monkey Island, and the like), and use my 4S (only a 16 gigger) mostly for platformers and puzzlers. Fancy Pants is right up my street, as with Capcoms gorgeous Gesundheit, I'm loving that 'home made' art style, but at 269mb, I doubt it'll be a keeper?
300 meg isnt that bad, i've got a 64 gig ipod but you havent read this on the page before!.... " Gulp !
i still have 9 gb on my phone, so i guess im good. I hope there was icloud support so i could delete the game and get back to it later on if i want to play again
This game looks SICK! Can't wait to try it. Nice! (I too enjoyed the flash version, will be nice to get away from the keyboard)!
Thanks for pointing that out Frosty. Of course I knew that already (I adore Gesundheit), but I'd been playing Street Fighter II Collections earlier this afternoon and Capcom must have just stuck in my head. Brainwashers!!??
WOWSER!!!!! Gulp indeed dude..!! Now I definitely can't wait to check it out... I've just deleted my beloved Dungeon Defenders to make room.
Sorry to hear about your losses! I know how painful and tricky it is to go through and cull games to make room!
Looks like fun. Never played the flash game before, but I appreciate that this is universal and the price is right.
Thanks! *cries* they will be dearly missed.... Although with a new addition to the family(a big one too) I'm sure I can find reason to be happy
We looked at League of Evil as a benchmark for responsive platform controls on a touch screen. The team had a chance to tweak the engine a bit, so the game should be super responsive. Please let me know how the game feels when you can get your hands on it
