omgggg i hated the gary's, but that vault was fun but borderlands has more to offer, so thats the way to go. but if you can get both, then by all means get both
There is something like a haunted building somewhere on the map. I think it might be on an edge. Try exploring those out of the way places, they can be pretty eerie.
It definetly isn't a horror game, I'll say that much. It is a bit creepy seeing what the world could look like after a nuclear holocaust. Some of the creatures are a bit creepy looking but it's not scary at all. I didn't get scared or jump once during the whole game and I almost beat it.
F3 could definitely be scary. The atmosphere is so well realized that just wandering alone during the night is frightening. There's a part though that feels as if it was taken from a survival horror game. I'm not going to spoil anything, but it has to do something with one of the vaults.
How scary it is depends on how much you let yourself get into it. Pretty much the whole game is genuinely creepy (exploring houses is one of my favorite parts of the game. You can usually deduce exactly what happened in every house, and it is pretty depressing and creepy. Minefield is the most entertaining place to do this, although most houses do seem to have this unwritten back story). Oh, and the vaults are often creepy too (in a similar way, but what happened is more spelled out for you. You find documents and audio tapes that explain what experiments were going on, and what happened to the people.)
Well, it technically isn't going to be Fallout 4. It is Fallout: New Vegas. Fallout 3 is technically the fourth Fallout game. Anyway, prepare to be disappointed by New Vegas. It is being made by Obsidian rather than Bethesda or Black Isle. Obsidian is a development company that mainly produces bad spin-offs or sequels for established franchises. For example, they created two sequels for two amazing Bioware games: Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 and Neverwinter Nights 2. Both of these sequels REALLY sucked.
There's a vault with a big secret (I think it was the one close to the contaminated area). Just explore it and you'll see.
ugh why didnt I just leave my save point in the vault? now i gotta start all over just to see it >=( Is it the one with the two guys yelling at a man? and then they attack you if you intrude?
This game was weird as living hell itself. I rented it from Blockbuster and it was almost mediocre. Too much talking, but the battling was fun though. I'm having second thoughts about it but I thought the theme of it was twisted.
