has anyone created a team based on their specific lore connection? I assume there is a benefit to having a team based around lore, but theres not really a way to see it unless someone can confirm and has a team based around it. And do you need a full team with the lore to benefit or just 2-3?
I've had two heroes with the same law, it gave a 10% hp boost. I'm assuming the more heroes if the same law the bigger the bonus
Is law the same thing as lore? I was talking about how some heroes have a small book in the top right hand area on their detail screen that will say what story they are from such as 'beauty and the beast lore' or 'snow white lore.' Is that the same as law? I thought law was if your chaotic or lawful. Some passive abilities can boost that, but its not quite the same thing....at least i didnt think it was....
Don't try the new key quests -- they crash quickly and eat your keys. (RIP my 30.) I'm in the process of building up some druids as healing fodder, as I didn't get lucky and get a Guinevere. (She is an astounding ally on the right team.) Red Riding Hood - Mountain Dwarfmaster - Snow White - Blazing Witch is still my team of choice, though. Those who think you need a Merlin or a Phoenix to clear 23 are wrong -- the right skills and a big pile of potions can make up for a heck of a lot.
You got through book 23 without any 6 star characters? All those guys' abilities and passives aren't that amazing... PICS OR IT DIDNT HAPPEN
The initializing bug should be fixed now. Apologize for the XP Tome crash - that quest is ahead of it's schedule. Btw, to help us help you better, use the in-game support button so we can track your user ID
@blueteagames Tried to load it, downloaded some files and then crashed after initializing (1/7). If i delete the app and re-install, will my save be gone?
Deleting your app will remove your save, unless you connected via facebook. We're look into this and get it patched up asap
The one thing I wish I could do in this game is either trade some of the cards or to be able to use lower evolution ones to skill up. It feels like such a waste if I evolve my Paladin/Barbarian or higher starred card and then have a copy of it afterwards. It's like getting punished for evolving/drawing rare cards as there isn't really anything I can use them for. I know we can sell them but selling them for gold seems like a very big waste as you're trading $$$ for just a bit of gold coins. If I could trade them then at least they wouldn't be as useless or if I could skill-up using a lower version of that same card.
Totally agree here. Dont get me wrong as this game is overall veyr well done, but the skill up process is annoying and unintuitive to me. I personally think fairies should work for any hero/skill. It still would take a lot of them to skill up effectively since the rate per each one is only a 20% chance. Currently its so hard to match guys together for skill merge and even when i do, i typically only have 1 or 2 available to make it happen. All that for only one turn quicker.....ugh. As a side note, i hate when i have extra fairies i cant use and want to sell. If i have a few fairies in my hero collection, its hard to tell which one to sell and keep the right ones. Very easy to mix them up.
Sure. Clear book, roster, current team. This is after a bunch of chain leveling of 23-1 since finishing 23 and getting my Sea Captains and Little Johns. How it's done: 1) Potions, potions, potions. I took my big four and jacked them up with potions to maximize their HP. The biggest problem in later stages is survival; you want enough maximum HP to avoid being one-punched. About 10500 - 11000 is often the sweet spot. The big bosses on 23-1 and 23-3 are only fearsome if they can kill you in one shot; otherwise, you get five or six turns to heal up and you can whittle them down at your leisure. 2) I don't have 6*s of my own but I certainly used some powerful buddies with my basic four. Thrushbeards for raw damage, Guinevere for damage mitigation, Rapunzel on 22-3 and 23-3 to knock down incoming damage. 3) Balanced skills. As noted, my main team didn't have great skills but they did synergize well. Red Riding Hood is great for link count management; her passive pumps links back into your pile every time you link red in an attack, and her active gives you back 25 on a reasonably short count. Mountain Dwarf gives burst damage at intervals with his skills. Blazing Witch tames high-defense enemies, seems to help against Absorption and knocks down incoming Fire damage. Snow White was there mostly as a statstick (she was the first I had 50/50/25/25 potioned up), but bonus damage for blues didn't hurt. Unrelated: Do not even try the Fableton Library missions. They crash every time.
Nice man! Just didn't want yiu giving unexperienced players wrong info without completing the book, but you got me!
Our next update is currently going through the Apple process, but we won't reach King Arthur yet. However, we will have: 1. Legendary Elixir Quests, with Godly mode 2. More heroes, including the Beast King (human form) 3. Key Quests, new experience quest, misc bug fixes (fableton library) and server patches Oh and one more thing, we will have multiple teams
Anyone ever just lose heroes? I noticed my Constable of Nottingham is gone and I'm pretty sure I didn't sell him. I'm pretty annoyed.
