Agreed on multiple teams; would be sweet. I have been going back and forth on Midas as well. I find it always more useful to buy the XP books first and let my gold slowly accumulate. If I had enough for Midas I'd buy him, but not before books. It all depends on how badly you need a 5 star green. I don't so its lower priority.
Yeah I think I'll hold off on saving for Midas...ended up with some new heroes to level. I got lucky and got the Castellan and Plundering Pirate after just a few runs each. Didn't draw Merlin with my last 5 stones as I'd hoped, but got a 5* Guinevere which is not bad at all. Before yesterday, I didn't have any Red Heroes stronger that 3*, so I'd just saved Red exp books. When I got Guinevere, I had enough to max level her to 60 in one shot. So now I have a decent rainbow team; Thrushbeard, Frog Prince, and Guinevere. I'm planning on evolving Lancelot to 5* soon as my link-healer but have to wait till Tuesday for the drop.
Yeah...not as bad as me on PAD though, where I still don't have Lucifer, Ronia, or even Haku. At least I got Lancelot, who is useful to me even if not an objectively-superior-in-every-case upgrade like Merlin would be.
I've managed it with a mixed colour team. Couldn't get a Phoenix helper, just about scraped through with a Gepetto and a lot of luck
Comfused anout the rare draw event this week, is it mesnt for legendsry fabkes like the one shown or the three paladin, warlord and barbarian?
The downside to no hearts is obvious, but the upside is almost worth it: Too bad I didn't get that Merlin or it would be even more hilarious.
Question, is Beast really that much better than the rest of the starters? and is it possible to pull a Beast/robinhood/snowwhite from a roll/chest? debating on restarting only because i havent had much luck in making a strong team and kind of feel like im at a stall atm.
What level are you and what book number are you on? There are plenty of fable stones to be had in the early levels, chances are you'll draw enough to make a good team
