you can get the silk from the "taller vase" that u need to break them... the vases is at second island..
u will reach that island after the dungeon cave string of missions, i think its chapter 3 of the gameplay

I can pass that Q with noprblem, im berserker,so its should be noprblem for u paladin ( are u paladin rite?) . Theres no special trick,but ofcourse u haveto prepare your shortcut with biggest potion u have ( 400 hp), n then just hit the magicstone so u get some element resistance. Buy some magic book that deal very big damage (elektrik or earthquake).
