I'd like to point out just how blatantly false the first paragraph of Gamezebos review is "Even though were several years deep in the smartphone world, some games can still surprise me by looking like someones shoehorned an Xbox 360 into pocket calculator. Exiles: Far Colony, for example, is almost too good looking. It verges on being distracting how detailed and rich and smooth the visuals and animation is. This cant be a smartphone game, surely?" Then the screenshots are full of fog, pixelated textures & barren landscapes... I don't know man crescent moon has never been top notch in the graphics department! Not that graphics are everything, but they definelty add to or deduct from the experience.
Lol I think those two reviews aren't that similar besides the 3d console quality part. I think the pocketgamer review is a lot more fair and gives a good amount of pros and cons actually. As I read the first review I was waiting for the cons part of the game, but never found it.. Lol
I just can't take any reviewer serious if he is not able to deliver at least ONE own screenshot. Is it so much harder to make screenies on android than on iOS?It's ridiculously easy on iOS (as most probably all of you know).
Never been top notch in graphics ? Seriously ? Ravensword 2 looked amazing when it was out. When Aralon came out years ago at the time it was cutting edge. So have you played this already ? I'm looking forward to this game rather then yet and pick holes in it for no reason
Hey, I loved Aralon when it was released, one of the first 3D RPGs on the AppStore. And Ravensword 2 also had stellar graphics for its time. I'm only critiquing the graphics here as they don't seem up to par with other games. The lighting could use some dynamism, the textures should be a bit more detailed, Draw Distance could be furthered. I mean the fact that an API specificity focused on gaming was released is a stellar notion, but I would hate to see it not be utilized, much like MFi controllers from iOS 7. In my opinion, criticism is good & promotes improvemtns.
What are the minimum specs for this game? I asked a few pages back if my 4S was supported but nobody replied. Should I guess this means no?
I'm in the same spot, my best bet is that the game will run but not quite good and neither it will look as amazing as it could look, let's hope for the best.
LOL yea but I am not sure why Josh or anyone like that is responding to the 6 plus questions or a lot of these other questions
been busy trying to get the update approved! it should run on a 4s although we are going to recommend 5 and up.
Mmmm Then I'll have to pass. I bought CounterSpy a few months ago and although it supposedly worked, it was a crash-fest on the 4S. I ended up playing it on the iPad 3, but I don't want to end up again with the same situation. Thanks for the info.
