      And I want a device from Apple with camera, mic, and an App Store but with no PHONE on/in/inside/behind/over/close it.

      Am I asking too much?

      The iPad has a mic (there's an iPad shazam app) but I agree it could use more features. I'm guessing Apple likes to release 1st gen hardware with barebones features to entice the consumer into buying new hardware every year.

      As for the Gemini I think it sounds awesome on paper but what will the actual hands on experience be like? The JooJoo looked like an awesome tablet too but Engadget says the thing is a mess up close.

      It's not that the JooJoo is a mess, it's just that all it is is a big, physical web browser that does nothing else. No 3G or Wimax, even.

      The Gemini Tablet looks great, but again, gotta see what pops up in the Android store.
