Everyone gets $5 to rate our reverse phone lookup app

Hi everyone! We give $5 to anybody participate correctly to the rules below...

Here are the rules:

1) Download "Reverse Caller Id - Phone Lookup" app on App Store (US, Canada, UK only)

2) Open the app and use it at least 5 minutes.

3) Leave a review on the App Store (doesn't have to be long, but a couple of sentences demonstrating satisfaction or how it has helped you, would be nice). Be sure to keep the app installed for at least 48 hours (otherwise review would get deleted).

4) After leaving a review, reply in this thread with your username or the name you used to leave a review of the app, your app store country and your PayPal account (can be private message). Also please let us know about bugs (if there are some) in this thread.

• Payments will be made in couple of days after your review is published in the app store (5-6 days after you send the review to be sure its not deleted from the app store).

5) We limit the offering for the first 10 participants.
