Yeah man Fernando's career has had an uplift this Spring! Champion's League winner, European Champion, Golden Boot of the tournament, first to get a goal on two different Euro Finals. Damn. Nice achievements for one Spring-Summer.

I really think Spain won't win the World Cup in Brazil. Xavi probably won't play because he'll be too old (he'll be 34 years old) and he plays a key part for Spain. Unless of course somebody else steps up. But I think Germany will get it (if they don't get too cocky).

Jordi Alba was incredible. I'm so glad he's coming back to Barca.

I don't believe in their chances that much either and you're right, Germany has a young team with lots of future. In regards of Xavi, don't put all glory on him, Iniesta plays a big part too even though he's in shadow of Xavi.

Yeah I know, Iniesta was player of the tournament. Xavi is in Iniesta's shadow.

He deserved that, didn't know about it till you said though. And no, I think it's just the opposite. Iniesta is in Xavi's shadow. But I guess it's a matter of opinions.

Iniesta will play like Xavi in the future... when he is older and slower, and cant pass along players with the ease he does it now... just wait and see

Never. Xavi inner game is what drives Barça and Spain, what makes them what it is. He is also my favorite player. He is "the master of soccer" while Messi is "the master of the ball".

Xavi is already thinking about Brazil 2014. Xavi runs a lot each match, a lot... but moderating this with the experience gained in two years, he should be fine for that World Soccer Championship (high hopes), and if not, Iniesta will do this labors (seems unlikely in just 2 years, maybe 4 or more)
