Does NOT work! I have a major hard time getting 2 mils. Can you elaborate more? EDIT: It does work but, i must have only been in the awake state before? BUT, how do the control work for überwake state? I had to push mine and hold until the screen flashed three times.. Seems odd? Im i doing something wrong?

Also, is this überwake-state the best way to make scores? Then you can just breeze through the first and second(and maybe third) level like this and dont worry about doin nothin but dodge bullets..

    And some questions..

*is it a difference in scores depending on controlmethod used? (expert - simple for example)

*is it a difference in damage dealt when using rapier or regular firepower?

*-"- when using "overawaken weapon" (it sure looks weaker and it just goes straight forward..?)

*what exactly is the difference between arcade and iphone mode?

*I really likes the game and you seem to know your shit so could you please explain the story behind and why my dude becomes a chick after selecting him / her o_O

I didn't play much iPhone mode (opposite to Dodonpachi where I prefer iPhone mode over Arcade) , but I'm pretty sure that absolute awakening is only in Arcade mode with Expert controls.

If you want score around 5 mil in 1st stage do what Vally said BUT before u enter absolute awakening get at least 200-300 green gems and wait for enemies with much bullets and then enter absolute awakening to cancel all bullets and get multiplier. Don't do that in middle of stage, do it early. (and ofc you need to have at least 1 gold coin to enter it). Hope it helps ;)

Edit: ..and you must not get hit from bullet all stage

did not like the fact that my score for this shump is too low in smartphone version so played it a bit and it looks like you get really huge bonus if you finish the game without using continues.

Awesome stuff by you folks here... Some of the tips and strategies should be a part of a in-game module. I'd never have figured out the scoring techniques myself. And the whole awakening over, absolute awakening over is not at all clear from the 9-page instructions you get before every game starts.

This really makes my EspII experience so much better. Thanks a ton.
