Lately when I have tried to redeem promo codes on my iPad, I am getting this error message in the Redeem box after I type in the code and sign in: pings failureType5002 customerMessageAn unknown error has occurred cancel-purchase-batch set-prefs preferred-audio-format256 Has anyone else gotten this message? Can anyone translate it??
yep. I actually posted to the apple forum back on Sept 10th about it, and there was one perosn that responded to say they got it also, but no solutions or explanations. The funny thing is, it's not every code. Quite a few, but not all. Thanks. I appreciate the feedback, and it helps to know that others have had the same issue (so at least I know it's not a problem with my iPad.) Just wish there was a definitive answer as to what the problem is and how to fix it...
