Wow, the games amazing! Instead of buying your after work soda / coffee please do pick this up. It's total destruction. Sweet visuals / sounds and extremely polished. It takes your standard TD to the next level. It's a ton of fun!
I had a chance to play for about an hour or so, and so far I'm enjoying it. Solid, traditional TD mechanics wrapped in very slick graphics, with steady progression and no IAP to speak of. My only complaint so far would be the lack of a upgrade skill tree; the upgrades are completely linear, with absolutely no choice involved. And the only bug I've found so far is after selling a couple of towers during Stage 3, I wasn't able to select any of my towers, to sell or upgrade. Other then that, it's a very good TD game, well worth the asking price. Playing on a iPad Mini 2 with the latest IOS.

Well, though I'm really enjoying the game, I've encountered a pesky little bug. Randomly during a level when I try and select a tower to upgrade or sell, the game isn't allowing me to select the tower at all. As if the touchscreen isn't reading my taps. If I hit Restart Wave or Level it fixes the problem, but it's happened to me a few times now so I thought it was worth reporting. Playing on a iPad Mini 2 with the latest IOS 8.

Game Impressions Be warned, they did some really shady stuff with Epic War 1. I made this post in 2011 praising it http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?p=1701740#post1701740 after purchase. About five months later, posted this http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=1917685&postcount=28 detailing what they were doing at the time: created bugs, implementing ads in a paid app months after charging people for it, then turned around and released another 'pro' version where they added their latest content and charged _again_. When I wrote that, they had nearly 30 price changes within that short timespan and were constantly trying to play the market. I would highly advise either avoiding this outright, or at least wait to see what they do with it because they have a pretty bad precedent. I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up free with IAP and ads despite the disclaimer it has none at this moment.
Yeah, pretty shady stuff on that first one. Six different versions of the same game, and constant free sales.
Is there a walkthrough for arcade mode chapter 2 level 9? This level seems impossible to win without losing lives?? First wave you spend 100% of your money in a lvl2 laser to destroy those cars, then second wave you spend all your money on an AA rocket, leaving no money for those blue jet packs?? No matter what combination of towers I try at least 1-2 jetpacks ALWAYS slip through. Then afterwards 3 megatrons appear at the same time and you barely have enough money to buy one mega machine gun... Seriously wtf?
