Kind of glad I don't have multiple devices else I'd always be playing two games at once on them! kenken11 Well-Known Member Sep 29, 2012 1,808 5 38 #8 kenken11, Apr 4, 2014 Look fun, looking forward for worldwide release. Backflip almost never let down, even if they design a freemium "waiting for stuff + actual gameplay" kinda game, it's still pleasantly unique kenken11 Well-Known Member Sep 29, 2012 1,808 5 38 #10 kenken11, Sep 25, 2014 This need Internet connection? Kirenx Well-Known Member Mar 16, 2012 774 0 0 #11 Kirenx, Sep 25, 2014 Looks like it. The game really isn't all that 'epic' so far. There hero pool is very small to choose from, and the game is limited to selecting a monster for each hero after which you wait on a timer. On completion, you get some basic loot and if you farm a specific dungeon enough you get a chest. The chest has different odds at different items and can only be opened by spending premium currency. Perhaps the game gets more exciting as you progress, but so far there seems like very little to do right off the bat and since additional heroes cost premium currency which is slow to get, there is very little motivation to open dungeon completion chests for a chance at interesting loot. There is the usual invite people off facebook for some free junk as well. NOEN Well-Known Member Jul 31, 2012 3,245 0 0 U.S. #12 NOEN, Sep 25, 2014 Oh this is finally out? I'm not dissing backflip though because they are great! xStephen Well-Known Member Nov 15, 2012 51 0 0 #15 xStephen, Sep 25, 2014 Game is pretty good so far. My infame name is Stephen if you can add me! Also, it says after I open chests that I get a free castle chest on my castle wall? Can't find it! I already grabbed the starter pack. The fourth hero costs 1000 gems, if anyone's wondering. I can only imagine what the fifth hero will cost. I don't really get how the arena wins are determined, though. It looks like stats and gear should affect my character's performance, but, regardless of how I have him outfitted, it seems as if winning/losing is just a random coin flip. Couple of questions, if anyone knows: Is there a way to rearrange the order of the characters on the side of the screen? Is it possible to reset and respend a character's stat points? Daxmort Well-Known Member Nov 1, 2009 154 0 0 United Kingdom #20 Daxmort, Sep 27, 2014 Firstly, cute title. I like the concept, though the 'stuff to do' factor is severely lacking when compared to games like Tiny Tower. Not extraordinarily epic at all. Secondly, maybe it's because I don't usually spend money on timer-games, but I was disappointed to find that the £2.49 hero purchase (with 200 gems) skyrocketed the next hero gem purchase to 1000, that sort of amount is ludicrous when you rarely find more than one or two gems an hour. At least make it seem achievable within a short-ish period. Third, lower the gem prices on lockboxes; you already want extortionate amounts of gems put towards heroes, and the prices you're asking are just unreasonable. Fourth, add in a coin or SMALL gem cost to rename and re-stat heroes, at present they can end up being wasted if incorrectly statted. Lastly, allow us to rearrange the order of heroes on the screen. Thank you. Oh, also, work on UI elements; we should be able to view character stats while they're fighting or otherwise busy. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
