Bears across the globe are trying to drive cars... The day of reckoning will indeed come, when humans are exiled to forests and bears reign the highways. Enviro-Bear is the best 99¢ you will spend this year.
nope before they make the leap to flying planes bears will need to start a pop group called "country bear jamboree." it will look something like this:
Dude help me out, where are you finding these stats? The only place I know is appshoper, and I see I Dig at #10 btw Enviro Bear is no where to be seen. The dev interview was pretty good I just read. Some highlights: Dev time: 2 weeks from opening first ever Mac to submitting game to Apple. Approval time: 2 weeks. Decided between bad graphics and "really" bad graphics, choose "really bad" and did them in 5 minutes on ms paint. Music and idea done with friend, but can't find/locate friend who did music. They won the competition for a "cockpit" game that he entered with this. Has 3 other game ideas, but now focusing on this. Steering took the longest to get done: a few hours. His 4 year old nephew loves the game...guess thats how old you gotta be to give it 5 stars and steer.... The rest of the interview just a basic love-fest. Oh, and he loves us fightin over "it's so bad it's good", so you're just feeding into his evil/demented mind.... ...all I can think of is: 8bls gorilla could learn a lot...a LOT!
I Dig currently at #3, Enviro holding steady at #86 according to itunes, itself, for all paid apps. Appshopper's top 100 list states that it is only updated once a day and is not realtime.
Realtime in iTunes is here http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewTop?id=25204&popId=30
Thanks Dave. K, I see. I Dig at #2. Enviro Bear 2010 #53. CONGRATS! Must.Eat.Birds is still #23 tho pal, and that game deserves this coverage IMO 8bls Gorilla's Zombies and Me nowhere to be seen. Guess we'll never get an update, or Leaderboard OK one more edit: you really gotta track this like a stock, and aggregate the results daily.
Unffff Enviro-Bear just blew past a few more games on the top 100 and is 3 spots away from surpassing Doom Resurrection. GO BABY GO!!!
I have succumbed. Succame? No, yeah; succumbed. This game spake to me. It called me deep in my sleep, with an accent like Borat's but with Fran Dresher's laughter. "Silver," it said, "throw off that veil of mediocrity as if it were a badger, and join the cult of Enviro-Bear. Live your life from now in five-minute bursts of joy and pain; in madness and pixelation. Eat. Sleep. Drive. Plow into rocks. Join us." And I listened. I listened, and dreamed of Enviro-Bear like Michaelangelo surely dreamed of the Sistine Chapel when he was taking a dump. I dreamed, and purchased, and have had mine eyes opened by the ursine majesty. This hallowed day, this true beginning of my life. Hallelujah. .
A game developed by men in their basement and funded by welfare checks....idk about game of the year but it's DEFINITELY up there with real racing...lol
