Hi everybody. I'm currently enrolled an apple developer and upload some app into my exist account already. I want to register another apple developer for my friend, because he hasn't got a visa card yet. So could I use my old visa card, which was used to register my preview account to enroll new apple developer for my friend? many thanks.
I think you can but Apple doesn't like to have two accounts for the same dev, so if your friend is working with you, it's so so. (and if he is on his own, he must trust you well ).
Has your friend tried to get a Prepaid Visa card? They are very easy and quick to get if they are available in your country.
