    Official Press Release:

[San Diego, California - December 22, 2008 - Empty Clip Studios, a San
Diego-based game developer, announces the release of its debut title for
the iPhone, a touch-based game called Glow. Glow uses the touch
capabilities of the iPhone to create a unique freeform-drawing game
    experience.

Glow is the second game built using Empty Clip Studios' multi-platform
RapidFire Engine. The first, Groovin' Blocks, was launched on the
Nintendo Wii in September 2008 to very good critical reception. "We were
impressed by the iPhone's responsiveness to touch, and wanted to use it
to create a unique and addictive pick-up-and-play experience." said
Francois Bertrand, co-founder of Empty Clip Studios. "We also wanted a
different kind of look so we put in hundreds of hand-drawn frames of
animation and special effects like lens flares and particle systems."

Glow features 9 different themes, balanced at 3 difficulty levels for a
total of 27 unique stages, as well as over 45 combos to discover and
chain together. It is available now on the iTunes App Store.

Empty Clip Studios was founded in 2007 and specializes in multi-platform
    game development.]

Giving out promo codes is always a good way to raise awareness for your games.

I would also like to see a gameplay video. Seems like it could be a very cool game

  6. To play glow, you simply draws an energy rope around a collection of moving icons - different combinations give different bonuses, and you can chain combinations together as well. The goal of "Glow" has to do the unlockable and achievement-based nature of the game. To succeed and progress to higher levels of difficulty, you must discover and achieve many combinations of icons (which have subtle naming clues to figure them out with...such as the "guitar solo" combo on the music level: collect a musician and a guitar), achieve score goals, and achieve other various goals to unlock further levels. It gets pretty crazy at the last level! Once you unlock everything, well...I can't tell you. ;)
Thanks so much for your question Tennisking1o1, I hope I answered it sufficiently!

You definitely answered that question well. You made what was seemingly a very difficult concept to grasp simple and easily understandable. This seems really slick and like it's a great idea. another wonderfully original iPhone game to add to the semi-short list

A gameplay video would be nice. Its a pretty fun game but I find the controls to be unforgiving. You really have to make sure you connected the line.

  12. Rest assured everyone, we are working on getting a video published asap!

Hiya, I saw that you were having some trouble with the game, so here are some tips for "glow" to hopefully make your experience more enjoyable:

Remember; You DO NOT have to connect the line at each tip, you can tie back into the line at any point, making a loop nearly whatever size you'd like. The only limitation is the length of the line you draw..If you make a loop too large, then you won't be able to tie back into your line! However, your line is extended when you score a combo (this is how you make chains). So keep that in mind, and hopefully you'll have an easier time with it! Oh, and watch out for the red icons...they will take away precious seconds from you game time! Thanks, enjoy! :)

Looks "glowing" to me (sorry pun intended), and the price is just about right, but a gameplay video would be nice and helps all of us sitting on the fence.
