Also make sure when you type in 9876543.21 you put in the point.

If anyone wants emoji still and hasn't yet enabled it yet you can still do it for FREE but it's more stealth (meaning don't post how publically) so it won't alert Apple. No jailbreaking required...nothing like that. Just pm me for the number.

@ mrbass - the article in the link that you posted is very interesting. I had no idea that Japan mobile phone market was so closed to "outsiders". I know that each mobile or cell phone market in each region of the world has some restrictions but I had no idea they have such a large impact on the Japanese mobile phone industry. I also wondered why spell number had been changed to disable the original method of enabling the emoji. I mean I thought it was at Apple's direction but didn't know that all devs with a way of unlocking emoji had to make the change.
