Sounds good, how will it affect the game? I've seen a fair few kickstarters fail on high goals lately but then it's not the end for all of them and they still make it?
Hi ste86uk, The reason we're going through Kickstarter is because we're at a limit with our current resources. We're a small team (of 4) and are juggling multiple hats whilst working on this project around full time jobs. We could carry on with with the resources we have but it just means a much slower release date for players. If we meet even our minimum on Kickstarter, then we could bring on more dev and design resources which will allow us to deliver the beta quicker than planned. We also have stretch goals lined up which would incredibly push us one step closer to bringing you guys our complete vision of the game.

Looking good especially for an early demo. I hope the kickstarter goes well. Reminds me of battle camp but with card collecting and battles instead.

There aren't many games I'm looking forward to at the minute which is a shame but this is one of them so I keep popping by. Just suprised more people aren't here yet, but I'm guessing people just haven't noticed or it's because similar games that are freemium have put people off so they are worried this will be the same as those.
Looks great so far! I saw before that you were aiming for the end of August for a release, is that the aim or is that a guarantee? I also want to know if this is going to be freemium with IAP, a pure free game or a few dollars, thanks.

I've never actually used kickstarter but I've always wondered what happens when they fail? Do people not get charged or does it still all happen? Do rewards change? Not that I think it will fail, I'm just asking.
The money you pledge towards a project is only disbursed upon successful funding. If the Kickstarter fails, your funds are left untouched. (The developers are, of course, free to launch another Kickstarter, or otherwise pursue the failed project.)
