No it doesn't but it supports the iTunes file transferring feature. Not the best solution but you can transfer saves that way.
I've been coming to Touch Arcade every single day since iOS gaming became a thing, seeing Ember as game of the week is so awesome. Thanks for all the love everyone.
After 2 hours of play on my phone I can say that it's the classic case of just because you can doesn't mean you should. It needs a lot of work for the phone version to be playable especially if you're rocking iPhone 6 and smaller. Kind of a bummer because the game is great and I really think the world built here is beautiful and worth exploring. For me at least I don't want to spoil the game by being frustrated by small text, ui and missing taps because my finger is too big. So hopefully they can tweak it so it's more phone friendly.
I've noticed that if you skip time before you rest (click on the time bar underneath the mini map) and then sleep you'll get huge XP boosts. The XP boost cap is 100% which is easy to keep on with this trick.
I think you are the first person to report back on playing on a 6 size screen. Thanks! (And bummer...was so ready to buy)
I was actually nervous to see what you thought. Hoping my sense of what's good was in tune. We tend to like similar stuff. Glad to see your pleased.
I'm noticing some unresponsive controls occasionally on my iPad Mini 2. I'' talking about even saving the game. Going to try to transfer my save to my 6S+ to see if it makes a difference even though I would prefer the larger screen. No framerate issues or that kind of thing. Just sometimes click somewhere and it doesn't either move the character or do what you clicked on a menu.
OMG how did the beta testers not find that! Umm nobody do this. I'll be sure that is fixed in a future patch.
We do see eye to eye dont we! Man have you seen a 2 handed great sword of the white guardian yet? Holy crap its huge and has insane stats! EDIT: I love feeling like a Paladin using a 2 handed sword with heavy armor then a piece of gear that has a heal skill lol.
An ability to zoom into the small text would do wonders. I had a hard time reading the tutorial books (iPhone 6 here). Granted my vision isn't the best but I'm sure some others will struggle as well.
Whats everyones favorite play style so far? Mage type, bow type, or warrior type? I am close to saying this might be my favorite IOS premium game I have played yet.
