    I'm a bit of a bunny hopper.

No really, timing jumps to sync with plasma cannon fire can really turn the tables.

Just to shed some light on the tip & tricks:

Berserker shield is pretty much your only best friend when you are unfortunately paired with someone who posses high skills and gears. Try as much as possible to pick them up in game and ambush your opponent without confronting them head-to-head. A good strategy for ambushing w/Berserker shield is try to figure out where your opponent will head next. For example, in the stage On-rails, normally people would avoid you and head towards the lift where is opposite to the Berserker shield pickup point. Use this opportunity to take the other lift at the back side of the Berserker shield pickup point (behind the walls), you should be able to see your opponent standing at the bridge side, possibly at the entrance of the lift where you took.

If your opponent happens to pickup the Berserker shield before you, stay away from him to the max! Acceleration and Cloak are your good friends here. Try and pick them up and then proceed to avoid contact with your opponent. You would want to pick a perfect hiding spot where you could keep an eye on your opponent and at the same time it’s possible for you to make your move without getting bashed by him/her. An example would be the lift in stage Flood. See him/her taking the lift next to you? Run!

The last thing you should do when getting paired with a high skill and gear person would be quitting the game. Not only that it’s not a cool thing to do, you would also let him earned credits without consuming any energies.

Summary of the above paragraphs if you ask me, is to hide, seek and ambush when you fight such a person.

    Enjoy ;)

    HA, spongebob reference....

Anyway, I have a fully upgraded autorifle, an antimatter jet (what I like to call my mistake), and a gravity hook. The gravity hook is great; it provides an insane amount of mobility. I only wish that changing weapons took less time.

Biggest tip if you have an autorifle:
move sideways when facing someone with a plasma cannon. They will miss, you will hit them in the head, you will win.

Also, I just have to mention that I have autofire off. I didn't even know anyone used it. I felt it would damage my control over the game, making me shoot if I wanted to or not.

When you shake your ipod to taunt, you should hear your robot go "yeah!", whick means you just got extra credits

When you see someone in red, that means they picked up a health recharge, which increases their health in a steady rate. They are still easy to kill though, because I have died a lot of times while using a health recharge.

let me reiterate my best strategy:

"kill someone then run for their health recharge immediately. Once you get you wil have an advantage over anyone trying to kill you. Keep doing this until you have killed everyone. then go around and collect the credits."

Best 2 things to upgrade on weapons (at least on the auto rifle and plasma cannon) are damage and rate of fire, and (noob tactic) jump while reloading. When you face high level opponents, make sure to have shielding leveled up so you don't get killed by one shot.

EDIT: I have a skill level of 2000+ and I'm at level 10. I can't upgrade my shielding on my sniper armor because it requires level 11 to upgrade, and I keep getting single shotted by the level 20+'s I keep getting matched up with! It's just not fun getting owned every time you respawn.

Here's the main problem: I'm at a stalemate where I can't earn credits because I'm dying so often, but I'm getting just enough kills to keep my skill level at 2000+.

    Suggestions?

Use zoom. Yes I am serous. It works when you are across the room from your opponet. You zoom, unload on the head and yes you can still strafe with zoom on so do it. Just make sure to get out of that mode quick once they die from 28 rounds to the head.:D

Just die when you play with no energy to get your skill level down so you don't get paired with such pros :/ I'm only level 7 and kind of a noob so that's all the advice I can offer, sorry man :D good luck

My favourite gun is probably the Auto-Rifle, accidentally bought the shitty Gravity Hook (i have no idea how to use it properly, I know some of you guys love it as you can move all over the friggin map within seconds), and have an unupgraded Plasma Cannon and armour. Still wondering if I should buy the Sentry/Sniper/Assault armour, so any suggestions would be awesome.

Tips: Practicelol. Playing more and more makes you better, simple as that.

Don't use Sniper armor. Upgrade the shielding of the standard armor.

I recommend Exoaquatic if you're at level 7. Seriously. More expensive armors require higher levels before you can upgrade and you can't afford to have un-upgraded gear. Seems like you favour the auto rifle. Upgrade it and try harder with the hook.

I'm going to save for Assault armor.
