if you came in after the first few seconds... there are no negatives to quitting. therefore if you know you aren't going to be able to win, it just lets you get into a fresh match faster. sometimes i go through 5 games before i find a fresh one or one i want to stay in. never quit a fresh game though.
This approach = fail. Why would you do this when you can get far more creds through farming or suicide games and still maintain a realistic skill?
