Other tidbits Just for the record people wangman is officially cleansed of shielding unless u bash him first. However, users like myself who are caught in a half pro, half noob/disrespectful basher wave are going to have to do something to prevent hell from breaking loose on tank when I'm matched with some of you. Tid bits Retro the rules of shields only applies to 1v1. If ur in a free for all u can't be held responsible for not bashing. I mean u never know if ur playing honorable people so if I'm in a match with multiple people I will immediately grab a shield and hit menu to see who I'm playing. Anyone who can't figure out that shielding in a 1v1 is bad is retarded. When I'm in a 1v1 unless I'm playing someone I don't like for example eyelash of keisar then I will never grab shield even if they do, seeing as how I am ELITE I win regardless. well, perhaps because you 'fairly' got to it first. And he can 'fairly' run away til it runs out. I quite enjoy evading would-be shield-bashers because I know it frustrates them lol. I just don't quite grasp how on the one hand you guys want everything to be fair, in a game were that's patently impossible because we all have different gear and ranks, so the field is almost never perfectly level.
I'm not saying it's not bad, I'm asking whether this is a realistic expectation for global matches. And, in case you hadn't noticed, I KNOW what you 'ELITE" 107 people think about this - I'm interested to know if OTHER players feel the same way. So what ur saying is that shields shud help maybe even things out? Now what if the pro in the better faster gear decides he wants to be the shielder? Does the person who has the weaker gear stand a remote chance now? No the only chance they had was if both players decide not to use the shield. This is not a hard concept. U cam argue that the weaker player can begin to compare with the pro player by using the shield, but all that does is doom the weaker player. If I'm in a match with someone who is usig sub par gear and they bash me 3 times in a row "trying to even things out" do u think I'm just gonna laugh and think yep it's fair cause my gear is better? Um no I'm gonna bash back and because I'm in better faster gear using sprint with a gun that will pop ur skull while u run away, ur far worse off than if u never picked up the shield in the beginning. Alright man, fair enough - I thought you were being arrogant and it did sound like you were implying I was retarded (same again in your last post to this one, I might add, and that's hardly debatable). you made some reasonable points above. I'm not really asking whether it's good or bad, or whether it effectively evens the playing field, but rather I'm asking whether you can reasonably expect everyone to play by this 'rule' in global matchups (unless you know the other player really well). I may know the guy I'm playing, but not be sure he's not going to go for the shield so I go for it just to be safe. It all comes down to trust in the end I guess, and that's pretty tough to get used to in a global game when everyone's going for skill points half the time at almost any cost.

Umm really it like this: glockk, Palestinian, andrew1995e, jkopp91, booyaka, wangman, foley, jchocobo, eyelash, keisar, ccperr, ryuk, guitarherochamp, phucanese, marleycat, t8000, zertolerance, pvphantasy, and maybe Like 10 players I'm forgetting. This is really the top bracket of players. Not in actual skill but in numbers wise. Over half of these players won't bash me in a 1v1 because of outside agreements. The other half I'm working on as we speak. I'm working on maybe something like a sign, if ur not a shield basher then post like (nsb) in ur sig so people know ur not a basher. I mean I refer everyone I talk to towards ta. So it would ve easy to identify people who don't bash. I just played 9 games with these players: glockk Palestinian ccperr yoyoma503 topgun fingerbang7 Sadie and one I can't remeber. Glockk: neverbashed Palestinian: neverbashed ccperr: neverbashed yoyoma503: bashed me 13 times in 3 games topgun: bashed me once then got bashed out by yoyoma503 fingerbang7: neverbashed Sadie: neverbashed. I have talked to glockk, Palestinian, ccperr of course, fingerbang7. I hve not talked to yoyoma503 topgun or Sadie. I'm pretty sure if I talk to them I can get them to stop. Let's see if I can get rid of the shield since ngmoco won't.

Apology accepted. I will say that I have a lot more fun (and probably win more on average) when there is no shield than when there is. My absolute favourite map now is Annex. Good luck with converting the bashing masses lol
Yea hay! Annex is awesome! I love it! The alley in the back of the health recharge is awesome for shooting rockets down! Most my battles happen there. You know that "we rule" game? Lol I'm on the leaderboards for it! And I'm getting constant friend requests and getting 20-30 notification pop ups an hour of people inviting me to join them in the game. But the games pretty sweet!
