agreed - spammers/hiders are definitely fair game for bashing. That said, I just love the fun of hook-bashing generally and don't have any bizarre 'honour code' or whatever about using it to my advantage. I think it's nuts to try to not use it and hope your opponents do the same. If you want that, I suggest you play friend matches against people and agree to 'no bashing' beforehand. Hoping for no-bashing and then getting frustrated and bitter when opponents don't 'play with honour' is not what this game is about. It's a game, it should be fun regardless of what tactics people use to win.
You're telling me you've never earned at least 45-50 creds in one global game?! Dude, I earn between 60 - 80 on a reasonably regular basis and I'm sure the top-tier players get close to 100... don't forget to taunt the corpses of your kills. I think that nets you up to 20 creds in each game still. Yo know, shakin your idevice so that you go "yeyeah!"
I know I can make it back. I earn roughly 45-60 per game. What I am saying is...can you get 94 more credits than you would have if you were using your regular gear?
Well, it's tough to say. It depends on how much deadlier you find the mag rail makes you. try it a few times, do the math and see if you have a generally net-positive result. It's kinda hard to say definitively if you'll 'turn a profit' over using your regular gear, but you'll probably do better generally and skill up faster, so even if you break even at the end you still win. So, when you think about it, you just have to find out whether using the mag gives you a minimum of 16 creds more per game than your normal gear. One last point worth noting: you only lose one of the 6 uses during full matches. If you join one in-progress, you still get to use the mag, but it doesn't count as a use - so more chances to pick up creds and skill in in-progress games.
ugh... These new weapons like devastator are kiling me..... I am gogin against lvl 90s atm and i cant even step out cuz they kill me in 2 hit. The sheer number of anti matter coming at me and bouncing all over the place.. 1 have to hit me and knock me back to my death :< and lots of shield bashers at my level now <_>
yeah, I noticed that lol. Your 26 makes mincemeat outta my 42! Maybe my level 79 might give you more competition. BTW - nice shield-bashing too!
