Yea, it's because they only fixed the lags coming from having too many followers in the Plus+ system. You are not in the top 25 so most people won't feel the need to add you to their friend lists. It's different if you are on top of the skill leaderboard. People will add your account to their friends lists even without knowing you all the time. I get like 50-100 followers a day. So after a month there are thousands of them and it takes ages to load the list and consumes scarce resources as it remains loaded up in the memory I guess.
Well glad to see the shield bashing will be in style till ng gets wise enough to just remove it entirely. 10 games, I won 7 mid 2 lost a 1v1 and lost 150 points... Breathes in deep, you know, through the nose, in the morning fresh air all that folgers coffee commercial shit, WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE? I tracked this just for people, 10 games, I died a total of 26 times and was bashed 18 times. At one point I almost rage quit but thought better of it. Ahhhhhh, exhales long breath, just all reminds me of why I quit in the first place. So I guess I'll be on making the best of the situation that we have dealing with all of these adverse conditions. And just btw, anyone going global, beware of yoyoma503, he us the guy who killed me in the 1v1 he beat me 9-8 with 7 shield bashes, I had 1. He's also a rocket spammer and god damn the rocket lag on top of the regular lag, lol, at one point in flood I was going up the elevator to get the health, heard rockets blowing up then I was dead by the damage amplifier? Of course it says yoyoma shield bashed alucard... Grrr... Have fun!

The new weapon kinda sucks. It's ok for headshots. But what is really strange that the prototype has +6 damage on my noob account which is level 24 and only +3 damage on my Level 74 expandin account. Reloading is level 10 though... WTF? Why is it less powerful for higher ranks?

So anyone know what the deal is with this new Eliminate Pro: 16 Powercells version? It doesn't seem any different from the original version, though it did add 16 (and why 16??) power cells to my account. But why not just change the original version (I think the original first came with 30 power cells?) to 16 and provide veterans with the bonus 16? Unless they plan on making the original version cost money. But right now it's still free. So why would anyone get the 16 PC version if the original has 30? I don't get it...
It looks like it lets existing users add 16 additional powercells to their account. I am downloading it now. It seems like if they were going to release a new version, they at least could have made some fixes to it at the same time.
It never gave me any additional cells at all. I haven't even been able to play a match in 3 weeks now. It loads to the map screen, then goes black, then it says game over and I press next match and it shows the map, then black, then game over, over and over. It is not my internet connection nor my devices which it is actually on my 64 gig touch running no less than 85 mb free at any time and my 3gs iphone. It still takes 3 minutes est. to connect to server upon starting up the music skips badly while connecting I have just about done away with this game now. I am level 40 and 7528+ skill.
The weapon looks good to me... It shows up as fully upgraded and is a nice break from the vap. Is the a fully upgraded assualt rifle better or the same as the mag-rail prototype?
why oh why did it require a new app? do it delete this one after running like i do with their promotional apps? or is this the new app i use?
I just downloaded it... haven't opened it yet but i was wondering the same thing. I noticed a changed in the description about content additions but is that all? iirc we have those additions already update in-game from the original app. or is it just the 16 powercells?
seems to me that we can delete it after running. the old app now shows the 16 powercells and offers the prototype weapon as well. you're right though, this should have been an in-app-update
I think it is an attempt to give more visibility to the app. If everyone who already owns eliminate downloads the new 16 powercell version, then ngmoco expects the new version to rise up the iTunes list increasing it's visibility and the number of new eliminate players. Just a guess though...
Yeah it looks that way. I wouldn't mind keeping this one but the "16" bothers me. lol! I let it download in-game and now i as well am deleting it unless I know of some type of benefit. I also did notice the size is larger by 1kb but no other differences.
