Out of curiosity... What do you guys like and dislike about the prototypes? The intent is to give you an inexpensive way to check out other armor classes without having to spend the cash to upgrade. --mj
well i dislike that some of the prototype skins are cool but you only get to use them for 4 mathes so it pointless to keep on useing like 50 credits to use for your fav skin but like 300 on a skin u might like. as for amrors maybe if you could buy it and keep it but for more credits
First: I want the holiday skins to be permanent. (And may I mention all of the skins are overpriced), and it's a lot of money to spend when you could get a vaporizer forever, instead of eight matches with an armor. What it should be, is: You can buy it for roughly 200+ for a demo. (8 rounds) If you like it, you can buy the regular armor for a discounted price. This way, you don't feel that the prototype was a rip-off. PS: Will the holiday skins go away? I bought one for my Sniper suit (and thinking about buying all the skins just to collect), but since there's only 4 uses, I'm not going to ever use it, since it's like a collector's item, and doesn't do anything for me. I'm not even going to see the skin, unless I die. Hope you read this big blob of a paragraph!
ok cause u said prototype so i thought skins. well the armors would be good if they were cheap for 2 turns if u wanted to try it out but 800 cretids for 10 matches is ridiculos edit: just seems like a waste of credits
I think you should be allowed upgrade points so that you can upgrade it however you want. So far some of them are pre-configured so it's kind of hard to see how a fully upgraded armor would be like. They're also too expensive especially for lower levels. I'm more focused on spending money upgrading my weapons and armor to spend all these credits on prototypes. I wouldnt mind it if they were 100 credits for 1 or 2 matches. This way I use it to "check" out without feeling ripped off. As for the skins, I'll never EVER buy them, they're not permanent. I see no reason to get them, its a huge ripoff. You really need to put permanent skins that increase a certain attribute. For these I wouldnt mind paying high credits for.
i think prototypes should include weapons as well, maybe even for just three rounds. I purchased the antimatter jet early on when I had very few credits only to find out that I hated it. Prototype weapons would solve this.
Hey mjmoco, random question here. can you make an option in the next update to sell your armor and weapons? this would give me a boost in credits and get rid of unwanted armor.
Hi guys, These changes came in last night, you probably may have noticed. -Vaporizer rate of fire was decreased (slowed down) slightly to adjust for firing rate increase that resulted from the beam duration reduction -Antimatter Jet projectile speed was increased to make the weapon a little more effective overall. -Increased AR damage per shot which should make the gun itself and its headshots more effective.
hi guys. just a general question. I have the infiltrator leveled up to lvl 7 everything and my speed doesnt seem too much faster than others. I do not know if it is because my skill is pretty high for my lvl so im playing people way higher than me or because the infiltrator just doesnt make you too fast. and also i use the PC which i thought would be a good combo for the infiltrator but my infiltrator doesnt have high defence so i always get blown away by RLs -_- any help or suggestions? thanks guys
well what level are you? You have to take into account that other people upgraded their speed too. Its not just you, so they're pretty fast too. For rocket launchers just stay away from walls and you'll be fine.
For the first time I can say you guys really perfected balancing the weapons. I barely win/lose against accurate auto rifle users, and the vaporizer doesn't feel like the dominating weapon anymore. Thanks so much. Give your weapon balancer a high five from me
