Ngmoco gives you 30 free power cells when you first log in to the game. After you use those, you can only get more power cells by buying them. Those 30 power cells will let you recharge your energy bar to full twice. $1.99 buys 9 matches, I'm not sure on the others, forgot how many energy cells they game you. Basically, 15 powers cells equates to three games.
Yup. OR they could make the energy recharge time a lot less. That's my main gripe, because I can see myself not wanting to play this due to VERY slow leveling if I don't want to pay money.

You'll (ngmoco) still have plenty of enthusiastic players paying for credits, and you'll hang on to us reluctant payers for possible payments down the line. Sounds win-win to me. I don't know cyborgkid, I've been doing fine when you were playing aside me. Level 5 with just the standard gun. You're pretty good at level 3 though b-money is getting my nerves though, had like 8 in a row with that person and totally destroyed me, got him only twice, I think.
You are aware that player skill can overcome player level right? I've also been matched with some higher level players I was able to own and my dude is only level 3 and I haven't bought any equipment yet.
No, but it's not the leveling being an issue, it's the credits. I can own lots of higher level players, but the I don't like how lower level players have to unlock new equipment so slowly. Hodapp, what's you Plus ID? Lemme add you then I'll play you!
Yeah. I played one game that I won where I had 10-kills and I completely dominated and I couldn't get any credits. I was level 3 and that would have probably leveled me up significantly.
If you tap on the power cells icon, it will take you to another page. If you then tap on the purple arrow in the middle, your energy is fully recharges using power cells
