See ngmoco you made me spend 8000 of my savings on the rocket launcher because I thought the changes were permanent... but hey I will get those back
Ngmoco, thank you very much! All of my complaints were fixed! Mainly i wanted the airborne to jump high again and u fixed it! Also the vapis back to good! Thank you and my game no longer glitches! I now love the update and the only thing is to make the upgrade skins permanent but other than that the game is fun again thank you for not ignoring me!
The update changes are a few pages back but also in this thread's second post, where I am trying to keep a rolling list of update notes. Allen
Confirmed that Jump is indeed fixed right now. When we backed out the latest changes to fix server issues, we also found what was causing the jump weirdness.
I haven't tried the new update yet (I tried the unbalanced one, not the rebalanced one that came out today), but I would just like to thank you for addressing all of these issues so quickly. It is nice to know that you team is really dedicated to creating the optimal gaming experience even after the release of both the game and a major update. good job
The vaporizer is fixed, and even better now! Before the beam duration allowed you to sort of spread it out on your enemy, and now precision is absolutely necessary to be effective, it's awesome. The infiltrator is pretty damn slow now because of the speed reduction. Kind of beats the purpose, so back to sentry for me.
But he said speed was reduced for everyone across the board. You're still faster than everyone else with it aren't you?
I love the way this game evolves. Hopefully we will soon have team deathmatch with 1.2 / 2.0 and have something new to look at other than the skill level... I hate the fact that the rank#3-5 never showed in global matches for weeks now... it seems it's all about the skill level which I don't understand.
Unfortunately, this is a client-side bug that we can't address til 1.2, which is already in development. Shh, don't tell anyone. Allen
This is all great, but when I heard of the ability to test "prototype" equipment I thought it would be for guns too. This would seem to be the most useful because guns definitely have the largest influence on style of play. Just sayin...
