I totally agree with that. 240 minutes just seems like too long for just one game of earning credits.
That is not a valid comparison to me at least. 60 dollars on the App Store will give you much more than 8 hours of play time. If not 80. There's apps that you can replay over and over. How much playtime does Fieldrunners give ? and for $5 (or $3)? There are great games on consoles that are much longer lasting (and, more enjoyable) for the price of $60. You can grab some older games for $30 too. You can spend $20 on a desktop / console FPS and play almost infinitely over the internet. It's hard to find a fair comparison right now but I can't help but feel that these prices are almost outrageous. The in-game purchases have been long established well in countries like Korea and Japan, where $30 would give you a lot more value than what Eliminate offers too. It really seems to me that Ngmoco haven't done their pricing right this time. At least it is to me.
Shit not terrorist! He's a beast, completely ravaged me the twice I was put into the game with him. Damn this game is addictive. I feel like the stock suit is too slow though, and the view frequently drifts. Fix those and this game will be #1!
Yeah. Like online console games, such as Call of Duty and Halo 3, last for as long as you want to keep playing it which can be years. I know I've been playing CoD 4 for over a year at least. But you can't compare over different consoles. Every console provides different things and it's up for you to decide what you want. Everyone will have an argument for it but it all boils down to whether you see it as worthwhile or not. Eliminate is an online FPS so it can also have a very long life. But so long as you're interested in it. It all depends on your views and interests. Always has, always will.
Is bastard really that bad of a word? We all know he's not being serious about it. Maybe if it was a heated argument and he started dishing out foul language but it's definitely not the case here.
How are people handling the "jump" button? I hate that it's a button on the bottom and involves me moving my fingers off the controls to hit it. I don't see many players jumping either, I only see the bots do it in training mode. I with that jumping could be performed by shaking the device instead. I think this would make it a lot easier to do, kind of like how to deploy flares in FAST.
Javier! I've played you a few times. Pretty fun matches. I couldn't accept a couple of your invites though, so sorry about that.
Well, the developers already said that they felt it would detract from the feel of the game and it'd take you out of the gaming mood, I think.
You're aware that you can go to the local convenience store, buy a case of Redbull and quite literally play Eliminate online for free until you die of physical exhaustion right?
