Thanks. Hopefully it'll get fixed soon. I'm getting push notifications telling me to play with one of my dogs that no longer exists when I log in lol. And is there a way the guys behind eliminate can lower the connecting to HQ when you have a lot of friends? It lags it big time, and same with entering a lobby for the first time.
Anybody wanna play? I GOT SECOND! It was like this: terrorist: 10 ababy: 5 ginababe: 4 batouttaheaven: 1
Is that score from yesterday? I came in late, literally 10 seconds from terrorist winning >=[ I'll play you.
I'm probably way behind the curve here, but is there an option for inverting the vertical controls? If not, will this be in one of the updates? I would normally look back through the thread, but well...
Oh yeah you're right, my bad. You got me while I was running from you hitting me once with the shield, so I had like 30 health left =P You left that next game =(
Cuz u got a shield.....! We said ONLY when u need it. Not for fun. Just when u have no health and need a shield so u can run and get some...
You said no bashing but that I could grab the shield still. I didn't bash you =P How about I don't use it, and you can use it as much as you want?
One Month Anniversery for the release of Eliminate!!! So did this game live up to the hype? Do u guys still play it non-stop or is it just another game on your iDevice, OR is it a show off game that shows what the IDevice can do-(online fps)?
I have found it to be a show off game, but it has not stood the test of time for me. When I play it (rarely) I enjoy it, but it is just a game that you can't play for an extended period of time without frustration. The current system attaches you to the idea of personalizing and improving your armor/weapon setup, but denies you the ability to do so often without purchasing energy. In addition the whole thing feels unbalanced. Pick the wrong weapon or armor for your style of play and you are at a severe disadvantage for the rest of the game. Even picking one that fits your playing type can harm you. I enjoy machine guns, but i am penalized because this is the first weapon introduced in the game. The concept sounds great, but in reality all weapons and armors should be at the same level initially with only upgrades and inherent differences setting them apart. No one item should be better with zero upgrades than any other when viewed in the broad scope of things. This is a nearly unobtainable goal, but one ngmoco failed to even come close to. The upgrade system they created would have worked better in a controlled environment where credits and experience are earned constantly. Thus there is an inescapable flaw in the game. I really wanted to like it, I feel that it is a great online fps (especially for the price), but the role playing portion of it was it's Achilles' heal.
