Not so, playing with bots first for a couple rounds can get you acquainted with the controls better, so you know at least how to turn and fire continuously, and getting used to the responsiveness of the controls. I did that for two or three rounds and then played very well once I transitioned onto fragging real people (in a digital world). And yeah, definitely don't forget to taunt. Matter of fact, if you kill someone and there's nobody around, shaking until you can't! Have fun art.
yea i guess to each their own. i personally played bots and it was frustating, so i jumped into the online play and after 1-2 rounds i was on board. @Art try to stay at 1/3 or 1/2 sensitivity. It will helpe you with your aiming once you hit higer levels and you get different guns. Practice the swipe to turn fast. Remember the locations of the powerups namely, berserker shield (yellow), damage amp (orange), and health (red cross). REmember that the AR( automatic rifle) does more damage when aimed at the head. It's a matter of preference on what weapon you want to keep using. \
True dat. People spamming rocket launchers is incredibly tedious - not sure it take much skill either. Especially annoying as I don't have one to do it back with.

tip: Low ping times = winner! I've done especially bad a few times but right after a reset of my router I come back up. And the closer you live to Chicago the better. That's where the servers located. And one last thing No one should be winning solely with the rocket launcher. It does little damage most of the time. Plasma cannon on the other hand is great for spamming as long as your not on the receiving end. Point blank, it'll take you out instantly. From afar, about 3-4 shots and less need for precision.

He always camps by the Shield and never moves. I always taunt him after I get him. I friend requested him to see if hi wants to go one on one. I mean Gameloft Live as well, liquidmutiny. tip: In your iPhone settings, remember to turn on Airplane Mode then turn on Wifi. In email settings turn off Push and set Fetch to Manually. Finally, turn off Notifications. I've had the best online gaming experience when I do this, I even sit by my wireless router sometimes lol.
Yeah, I hate that. I was having a match with some good players then it threw me into your group. It was good practice though.
You know what you're talking about since you've played this game about 100x more than I have, but I'm not sure the rocket launcher is quite so useless at my (low) level. I get hit by a couple of waves of rockets, and I'm usually down; I hit someone point blank with the cannon three times and they often aren't. It may just be because I often end up against people a few levels higher and I have infiltrator armour.
So...I just realized someone already stated this. Catching up on this thread post-Thanksgiving and haven't read far enough. Just to erase confusion -- that comment was not "1.1 will be out next week." It was "more details about 1.1 will be out early next week." The update has been submitted to Apple. Hey MJ, you guys haven't posted for a while I'm having some major issues about touch pets dogs, could you help explain my problem in the thread? Also, are there any bug fixes in 1.1? Or is it all new content?
About that last match. I was paired with a low 30 and I was toying with him. Wasn't trying to kill him but then you showed up last minute and Laggggg 10/2/0 was the final score. That was horrible. lol Something about you connecting makes mine all shitty. Wasn't the first time either. Still, you kick ass and maybe better than me but I'm not sure since this connection is so shaky.
Uhm, yeah I meant at the upper levels. In the beginning the PC is utter crap. In late levels, you have to have a direct hit for every rocket in one burst to have a chance of killing.
This game is mostly close combat so pcbeing the most powerful makes sense.. I have been facing lots of lvl 50s in tanker with rl or plasma cannon..with 1-3k skill... I even faced them on my lvl 11...they can't play (they shoot at the ground or stand still) but it's annoying when they always 1 hit you...what's up with the wave of nub lvl 50s? Do they exchange powercell or something? How do they get skill so low while lvls so high?

I don't believe we have an immediate solution, but we're working on it. And yes, 1.1 includes bug fixes for Eliminate.
