Holy shiiiit ngmoco just made upgrades cost WAY more. Upgrades that would cost me 640 before now cost 840, and the final upgrade on infiltrator for shield, power up and targeting is 900 each!!! 900! And I had all my math ready that I'd have just enough for each level >=[
I don't know if it's the fact that I'm decent or the guys I play aren't as "good" but I've been winning quite a few games in the lower levels. Only level 6 for right now with 7 wins. Just don't have time to play right on the dot on my recharges
Hah, just played antonpup, and yeah, he´s taunting like hell. Dunno if its a hack though, nor do i care much. Remember, Eliminate is based on an well known engine, so there might be some exploits around. In Fact, it was just a matter of time anyway until someone abuses the game. This is the downside of not coding your engine yourself, and obviously not knowing about the different hacks in Q3.
He is definitly cheating. On iPhone currently do can't attatch any pictures but I played a match against him and just went into the menu to watch the credits go up. He finished with around 220 credits. It seems what ever hack he is using is grabbing every possible credit (9) from tauting in less than a second. Seems it auto taunts extemely quickly just from running over the body. Will post the screen shots when I get to my computer again. That is if he is not banned by then.
Like there isn't already enough evidence against this fellow, that takes the cake though. Now we see if Ngmoco decides to bring the hammer down, or if they let the hacking\glitching slide. My guess is they also ignore this thread for awhile, as it has turned a little controversial.
Is it me or does there seem to be alot of people cheating in the game? I am getting owned by Level 12 with a plasma in 2 shots when I have fully upgraded standard armour and I am level 21.
Is it possible to cheat? I read that there is some kind of checksum thingy that can ban the people who cheat.
Is it normal that the AR is pretty strong against the Sentry Armor? Almost every player manages to get quick kills with the AR against me Maybe i just need to train more.

Yes seems like, but you can´t blame people for exploiting the game. It´s ngmoco´s job to prevent this from happening. I think ngmoco already included a File Check on their end, so those shouldnt be possible anymore. Correct me if i´m wrong.
