Wtf happened to my skill it was 4000 the other day and I've played like 10 games and won about 5 of them and now it is 2400
(Think I'll try this again. Could someone please let me know if there's an Eliminate help forum I should be posting this on?) So I recently upgraded from plasma cannon to vaporizer, and I noticed I immediately started sucking. Whereas before I could strafe around and kill people with much more powerful weapons, I find it very difficult to kill anyone with a vaporizer, unless they happen to pop up right in front of me. I guess this is a combination of its requiring a high degree of precision/having ridiculously long reloads (sometimes, I think it just disappears for a while...). I'm also not sure about its range. Anyway, I'm trying to decide if I should try investing more credits/levels into upgrading the vaporizer, or give up and do something else (antimattter?). Could anyone spare some advice? Does it get better? It also might help if I practiced/turned off auto-fire... Thanks.
Use PC until you've upgraded vaporizer A LOT upgrade pc at the same time tho the vaporizer just destroys people when its upgraded
1. Autofire is pointless wih the vaporizer because by the time it shoots the enemy is out of ur crosshairs. 2. Stick with it you'll get better. We all went thru the awkward stage of learning to use the vap. 3. Stick with it because once you get higher in lvl you'll be fighting pure vaporizers and you won't be able to keep up with any other gun. 4. The reload times get significantly faster and once you get to 5/6 beams, it'll be enough to kill an enemy so the reload won't even matter. 5. Try keeping the enemy a little to the left of ur crosshairs for a higher hit/miss ratio. 6. I have all guns 10/10 and trust me the vaporizer is the only one worth shit. Edit: I disagree with shiz. Don't use the PC, it'll only ruin your ability to have an accurate shot. Learn to use the vaporizer and your aim with all the other guns will go up with it. And save ur credits for the vaporizer because ur gonna end up using it exclusively anyways.
yeah I use the vap, but only when I face people my level. Usually I face level 30-39s and my vap does shit to them.
