But when it hits worldwide, will it then be 90min or so for a recharge? Because thats what all the previews of the game said
We made it very clear that nothing was finalized when we did our preview, and it seems like ngmoco has also made it very clear that nothing is finalized yet during this Canadian beta.
I know, Allen, but that doesn't have anything to do with how the energy is spent... I wasn't asking about the recharge time, I was asking what was up with the inconsistency of how the energy is spent. Edit: And according to Plus+, I've attained level 50
Awe, PM me your Plus+ username. You just found a bug for us. From our dev: "Yup, this is a server bug. We can potentially fix it as soon as tonight. Deciding win / loss was incorrectly only being calculated if the player had energy. Terrific catch."
Oh I forgot about what it said in the preview about the finalization Thnx Hodapp, Hopefully the worldwide release is tons better
Sorry in advance if this has been asked already or discussed earlier but after reading almost 7000k posts in the old thread and leaving off on page 13 last night and waking up to it almost being at 123 pages i have not had the time to read all of this thread in its entirety. When you use up the power cell that recharge your energy bar twice, how long does it actually take for the power cell to fully recharge if it actually even does? And what is the best way to actually utilize the energy bar? Is it install game, play 3 matches, select power cell recharge energy bar, play 3 more games, select power cell recharge energy bar play 3 more games and then just wait ? (for gaining credits that is. i am fully aware you can play w/out energy) I am hoping that the Power cell will recharge allowing us to fully play 9 games total before having to actually wait a long time to gain credits.
No, besides the power cells allotted to you when you first fire up the game, additional power cells can only be obtained through purchase. The recharge will only fill up your bar.

Haha I was wondering why. It still counts it for the Plus+ achievements though. I got the "Ten wins" achievement. But on the global leaderboards it's stuck at 8. Guess Awe was just the first to report it
We're trying to keep it as short as possible. We're already finding issues and resolving them, so all and all, the canada test was a good call. We'll definitely keep everyone updated on how we're feeling, day by day.
Aaron, do you have a screenshot or something that we can use to confirm what you're talking about (on being level 50)? From what we see, everything looks correct. Also, can you elaborate on inconsistency of energy being spent? There are various cases where you will not use energy. I don't have a confirmed list, but it's basically cases where you don't get a full "game experience". Joining when the match is mostly over, ending up being the only player in the game, etc. You do though, use energy if you quit out of a game. Nobody likes a quitter.
Im in the US and well my router is broken at home so i dont have wifi. So ive been playing practice mode for the past 2 hours and i only have 1 gun. Is that the way its supposed to be? The other bots have rocket launchers and cool stuff but im stuck with the stock gun. Any help?
