I think a happy medium between 4 hrs and 120 second would be 30mins-45mins --- Not enough traffic to crash the servers but not too long to anger users.

Can't even login... the solution is not a 4 hour wait. It is to: a. make Eliminate a dollar or b. improve the servers. As if you didn't realize that a free ngmoco FPS wasn't going to be popular... I haven't been able to have a lag free game since the four hour wait and haven't been able to sign in since the beginning of the 60 minute promotion. Get more servers up!
@ ngmoco please upgrade the servers or don't decrease the energy refill while the server can't handle the traffic. the waiting time is very annoying, so is the lag (here in germany) and the itunes/plus+ connection errors.
Havent been able to join a game since they changed the recharge rate to this silly 2 min promo. Its sad that everyday I play this game I regret the $30 power pack I bought. This game had so much potential. Sign.

Lol I just played a game and every single achievment popped up on the bottom of my screen like i had earned them. I was like sweet! but then they didnt count in my plus
I can't believe people are complaining and wanting more wait time All they need to do is backup the servers, then it'll be awesome
Btw, just want to say that I lost all of my upgrades on my armor and my weapons. This sucks! Wth happened?
haha, i think the idea of a continuous play day is awesome. It's just that since the promo began every game I have played I have not gotten the credits I earned.. which kind of defeats the purpose of playing with energy anyway. It's sad because every match I level up, then go to upgrade my gear only to find out that I did not really level up.
