Since they want the gameplay to be smoother, more people would slow it down. And as of now, I personally like the 10 kilss or 5 min time cap. Its a perefct pick up and play. I dont want to spend any longer than 5 min playing this during break.

Larger maps will also smoothen it out. I'm sure you do like it now, but many and most don't.

I'll say 98% of players play much more than one match per session.

Is anyone else not able to get the new 15 free power cells? I have done everything you are supposed to do, and I am still not getting the cells.

Mosaic, I think 4 players is perfect. I would not want 6 players. It gets pretty hectic when 4 players start blasting each other in the same room. Imagine 6?

Keep it at 4 players, i's perfect (in my opinion).

    That's with the small maps.

    Imagine large maps like quake.

    It would be epic.

Even in large maps 4 players would still be cool, just like Goldeneye back in the day. Man, that game was awesome!

    No, it wouldn't.

People would just hide in the corners the whole game.

There would need to be at least 6-10 players.

It wouldn't be good for you, but your opinion isn't shared by everyone. I think most people are happy with 4 players. I guess you're just used to the new multiplayer games, where it's extremely hectic and you get killed every 10 seconds (usually shot from behind).

    1. Most people would like more than 4 players.

    2. How do you know what games I'm used to? You don't.

    3. Large maps = more players.

Yeah that would be cool, but that would defeat the purpose of what ngmoco is going for with this game I think. They basically built an online FPS that's suited for the iPhone. Longer matches, bigger maps, and more players would make a cool game no doubt, but that would be catering to the hardcore which for iPhone games is the minority. I don't think most people want to sit and play their iPhone for a 10 or 20 minute match at a time. And I'm sure performance would dip quite a bit. The way it's designed now you can jump in real quick, have a match or two, and still get back to work from your break on time. Someone could make a game like that, an online FPS with more players and bigger maps. It would be sweet. I just don't think that's what ngmoco envisions for this game. If you wanted to be that hardcore about a shooter, you might as well just play one on a console or pc.

Based on what you seem to like with online FPS multiplayer games, it gives the impression that you're into games like Modern Warfare, etc. There's nothing wrong with that, so just calm down.

Stop asserting something that you don't know. How do you know most people want more than 4 players? Have you done a study on it?

And by the way, just because a map is large doesn't necessarily mean it should have lots of players. I'm sure people have their own preferences, like you would prefer to have lots of players, whereas I'd rather keep it at 4. There really isn't anything wrong with that.

BTW... Wouldn't it be Great a Capture the Flag match in a Large Map, Blue Faction VS Red Faction 4vs4?

    THAT'D BE AWESOME IMHO
