Hey guys should i get the sentry armor...or sniper? i want cloaking.

For Sentry i get ++Cloaking and +Targeting.

For Sniper i get ++Cloaking and ++Targeting, but -Defense.

Sentry is 20 credits more...and it needs level 10...does that mean it'll cost more to upgrade per round?

Which one is better for a fast runner/shooter?

True. Ive also beat him a few times. He just has a very strong Vap

 

Hide while he fires then ponce when he reloads with your vap. That is how I got one kill in the battle I won

Actually, sentry has one less plus for cloaking.

 

Playing on those Quake 3 maps is awesome.

Ping pong level is really fun. And makes the zoom feature actually useful.

The other maps are huge.

 

Just played against Subject22 1vs1 in Tank and all he did was sit at the berserker powerup spawn and spray using the Antimatter jet, wait for the powerup to spawn and run after me. So all I did was wait for the zerk to expire and try my best to run back firing at him before he retreats back to spawn and redo the same thing over and over again. Sigh....that was a long and boring match and hope never to go against him again.

 

Just watched one of your match. How do you have your camera so close and still play?

Helmet cam?

 

heh I have such a small tripod that all I do is look over and it feels like I don't have a camera at all. I really do need to get an X-stand to hold the Iphone still because there are moments in matches that you kinda move the device around, and that's never good for the audience. And I won't use the excuse that I look over a camera as a reason why I suck at times, I just need to keep practicing. But between Eliminate, Quakelive, and taking care of my fiancee, it's pretty tough.

 

Ah, I thought so as well. I tried the same thing with another game, but my camera was too big (hand-me-down from my dad) and it blocked my view completely.

It does affect your game-playing skill though, so don't worry
