that's the point of cloaking. Both sentry and sniper hide any signs of invincibility after respawn, blue on berserker, and glowing red on health recharge.
Aiming at your head and shooting at it makes it a headshot...Everyone has a hit box, if they shoot at your head, they hit the box - boom! Headshot!
Well lets see, he was 11 lvs higher than me The fact remains, if you say the PC isn't overpowered, then you are probably one of the people that uses it, so of course you'll say it isn't overpowered. I know what a headshot is, like I said, I think the AR is the only wep that can do actual headshots, that's why it was so good before they nerfed it.
I totally agree with you!!! I have completely avoided this thread because I don't want to get sucked into the 1100 plus pages of catching up...BUT I had to join in now and complain about the horrible matching system. It's fast at matching and the game is fun...until you play people WAY WAY better than you. It also goes the other way too. I'm getting paired up with people that I shoot twice and their dead. Where's the fun in that. I think ngmoco made a HUGE mistake in with the customizing weapons and shields in an online game that doesn't pair based on equipment. I'll gladly take on anyone online and be happy even if I lose if they have more talent than me, but when I shoot someone 3-7 times in the back before they can even turn and fire once and they don't die but I do, where's the fun in that? Even the number one player in the world says he doesn't use some of his weapons so that the game is more fair and he can have a challenge! Hey ngmoco, How about a separate gametype with all the same armor, and equal weapons. It would be a LOT more fun in my opinion.
And I'm saying I don't think so, because then there'd be no point in having hit boxes for your head, if they were going to allow only one weapon (what kind of logic would that be anyways, only a machine gun and hit a headshot instead of a sniper rifle?) I could be wrong.
I always thought of the AR as an Automatic Sniper Rifle. Such as the Barret .50 Cal, or the auto-sniper rifles in CSS.
I've made the switch from plasma canon to vaporizer and it's just so much better. It's even better close range then the plasma canon Now I only need to upgrade the vaporizer to max my lvl and I can finally save up some credits for a new skin. Thinking about the gold skin, although the elite skin looks bad-ass with a vaporizer
I think the plasma canon is not OP. It's only OP in the lower lvl's, but when you get to higher lvl's I think the rocket launcher and vaporizer are actually better then the plasma canon.
I had two of them this morning, in the 2nd match it was just me and him also since the game started the match with only us two in it... Really annoying.
