The auto-rifle has really grown on me. I started a new account to test out Sniper Armor and Rocket Launcher so I played the first 9 levels using the unupgraded rifle. It was great and now I've ditched the rocket launcher and have basically mained the auto rifle! I even tried not moving and just aiming to kill and I got 5 kills 1 game without even moving an inch! People are so determined to run and shoot that I can just stand there and gun them down xD.
Phew both of our matches is a clean loss against you. At least the second match I got a few more frags in. You are quite dangerous with the plasma cannon. Even emptying a clip into you, you still stay up! Excellent battles. Thanks for the invite.

When I actually do get to play people at my level the weapons are very well balanced. So sorting the matchmaker would likely fix the so called balance issue too.
I really don't get why people complain about PC being overpowered. What is the valid reason? I of course use it, seeing as that's the only weapon I can use for now, aside from the AR; but in the future I want to get the rocket launcher and vaporizor. It's a shotgun. It's supposed to do a lot of damage close-range, and it's not like it's still a tight-beam in long-range (it seems to be still a tight-beam mid-range). I mean, if you can't strafe/dance then it's really your fault. That's part of what FPS is about. I'm not saying I'm so good, not at all, but I've faced a lot of people using PC before, and I've always survived by strafing. I usually get killed by PC when people are shooting me from the side or from the back, or by some other weapons, or just flat low on health; but not usually face to face. Is there some high level phenomenon where PC gets upgraded too much and then gets over-powerful, which I'm missing? It just seems like sour grapes (nobody's complaining about vap one-shot killing people, because very few people use it), and because most people are using it - like when people say the Sidekick sucks, or the iPhone sucks. I suspect that if there are a lot more players using vaps and pwning, then people would start complaining about vaps. Now flame away.
I installed this game today, but can't play it online because I can't remember my password (i.e. haven't played a game w/ plus+ since registering for some game deleted long ago), and the plus+ system is failing to send the "password reset message" that it keeps claiming to have already sent.
