We are aware of the matchmaking issues and are weighing options. We'll continue to listen to your feedback as well. In the meantime, I can only explain what is happening. Think of the pool of players as a pyramid. As you rise in skill level, you climb higher up into the point. While there might be tens of thousands of people with skills around 1000-2000, the number is much small when you get to 4000+. When you get into 5000-6000 plus, there's probably only a handful of people at that range right now. Because of that, and if that small group is not all online at the same time trying to get a match around the same 30 seconds, it's going to continually widen it's search so that it can match those few outstanding players with SOMEBODY. Basically, the more we tighten parameters, the more users will have a chance of being in matches that don't have 4 players, or worse, not get matched at all.
