Totally agree. It would certainly suck if now that the AR is nerfed, people put a bunch of credits into the PC and then ngmoco nerfs that too. Then you end up with two useless weapons, wasted money, and wasted credits.
The PC doesn't need to be nerfed to uselessness, but rather fairness. The spread needs to be even larger, as it can still kill easily at long range, and the damage for each beam needs to be lessened.
I have been trying to decide whether to upgrade my plasma cannon. I am only level 7, so I can't really buy a weapons like the rocket launcher or vaporizer. And since the AR is now useless... However, I don't want to use a bunch of credits on the PC and to have ngmoco make it really weak. What do you guys think, should I keep upgrading or not?
I'm hesitant to say to upgrade the PC because there may be incoming nerfs but if you plan on playing alot in the coming days: Upgrade the PC.
Maybe one of the players 6000+ skill can answer this question: Why do I get keep getting stuck at 1v1s around here? I don't mind it too much, its good practice, but its not as fun as 4 players
There aren't enough similar skilled people to play against, so they match you up against at least 1 that is most near to your skill. That's my guess, not sure though.
It's an attempt to weaken something to balance out the game. They weakened the auto rifle's headshots.
Not only from the auto rifle, but the auto rifle is most affected by this "upgraded head armor". I do hope they will let you sell your weapons (at 50% of it's credits). Only I don't know if the system they use knows how much credits you put into a weapon.
Wow, just got the rocket launcher on my other account and love it. Kind of regret getting the vaporizer on my main now =P
Noob question: how can I log out of plus+ so I can create another account? I get tired of these 1v1s in Eliminate and think it'd be fun to start over on another account.
Okay, I gotta question. I got the infiltrator armor but I'm getting killed by the PC cuz almost everyone I face is using it on me. Should I work on upgrading the def on the infiltrator or buy another armor altogether, Im leaning toward the infantry. Or is the assault better than those? I don't wanna buy the tank armor though. Basically the question is Infiltrator, Infantry or Assault in terms of defense. Also, which is better a Vap or Rocket launcher? Should i just upgrade my current PC and AR? Is the anti mattter thing any good? Im only lvl 11 and i dont have much credits. I know that was alot of questions and they're kinda noobish, but please help me. I wanna hear what you Eliminate masters think.
I would say a lot of this is open up to debate, but I used the infantry set fully upgraded to my level up to level 24. With it I got up to skill 4800ish. I'm sure I could've gotten higher but for no reason I decided to just "try" the Assault armor. I have it fully upgraded to my level now (at 34), and my skill is up to 6900. Take it as you will.
Definately stick to Infaltry im a lvl 23 and i use it still, just keep upgrading.. my two main weapons are the VAP and the RL, both upgraded.. works fine for me.. enjoy and add me if u must Ashelz
