Type a wrong one like 000000 and itunes will suggest a valid example, just copy that or just google.

 

You switch to the Canada itunes store, then search for eliminate and click download, then click create new account.. lolwut? It's seems simple to me, it's jsut the phone number and post code I need to do

I can't figure out how skill level works. I know it can fluctuate even if you have no energy, but even when I win a round and nobody else even got 1 kill, my skill still goes down. Also on the eliminate main screen it says I have 3918 skill points, but on the leaderboards it only shows 3416... Anyone have a clue?
