I was sick and tired of being matched up for a 1 on 1 with that shield whoring bitch tombstone, so I did this: My skill level was somewhere around 6950 before the match... but it was worth it. I was so sick of his shield camping that I decided to play a new game: see how many times I can kill myself and avoid him killing me. Turned out to be great fun. He actually managed to kill me twice, but he somehow managed to end up killing himself with me (we were playing Bedlam). Fun times.
Big win. I just went back to the game, and in some cruel joke, got paired 1 v 1 with him for what must be about the 15th time tonight. So he shield bashed me a few times, so I stuck my rocket launcher to the floor to play my game again. He left about 5 seconds after I killed myself. Wish I had managed to get a SS, but I was laughing to hard.
Everyone's being rapists using better armor >.>... I'm only at lvl 10 and i'm still owning ... Not quite though.. Since someone had a Shield Beserk thing, the best armor, and a rocket launcher :|...
Same really. I thought our new game was quite entertaining for the both of us. More fun than "Watch me shield-bash you over and over again" anyway. He's even worse now too, upgraded speed so he's pretty much impossible to catch or get away from for anyone under level 40 or unless you have the speed powerup.
Hey tombstone u think ur hot shi+ because you shield camp? I haven't encountered u doin this but u seem to be makin a lot of ppl mad so how about we do a lil 1v1 so I can shield bash ur ass all over the map?
I'm so tired of getting paired up with tombstone. It's a waste of energy for me. He's level 40+ and upgraded and shield camps it's no fun.
Well depends on your play style really. I prefer to use the blaster and get up close and personal, so I'm using the Infiltrator for the extra speed. So just have a look at the all the armor and decide based on the stats. If Sentry seems good for you then take that one and just keep upgrading. I would recommend just choosing one suit and upgrading that fully first at least. Oh also, I would advise against aspiring to the Tank just yet, as it needs to be upgraded a bit to be any use, so you'd be waiting till like level 30 or something for it to be good. Plus I don't know why, but Tanks just seem easier and more fun to kill cause they're bigger targets =P
The trick is you gotta drag him along till his shield runs out then he's just shi+. no doubt he shield camps like crazy, I didn't have access to it even once in out match.
Doesn't really work for lower levels, he's too fast and at the end of the day it still takes me 5 - 8 shots to kill him and it only takes him 2 - 4 to kill me. But great that you beat up the school bully for us =D
Am I the only one who sees the irony in every (some are American) calling TERRORIST a great guy and thanking him? Lol
