Can you PM me the following info? What device are you on? If possible, have you compared 3g to wifi (is 3g more consistent, even if pings are higher?) What OS version on the device? What model is your router? Is your firmware up to date? What ISP do you use? DSL, Cable, Fios? Do you game wirelessly on other devices? (xbox 360 wireless, laptop, etc) Also, where are you located in the world?
I completely agree with all of you saying that there needs to be some changes to gameplay... I really like this game but it's becoming more frustrating than fun the more I play and rank up. It is starting to become more clear now that ngmoco still has a ways to go with tweaking/nerfing weapons and armor as well as powerups. For the record, I am a level 22 with skill 3429 and I have upgraded sentry armor with upgraded auto-rifle, plasma cannon, rocket launcher and grappling hook. My point is that I am pretty geared up and I still feel the game is very unbalanced. This game has already become plasma cannon dominated and they need to nerf it's range and damage. You shouldn't be able to kill someone with 2 plasma cannon shots from clear across the map. It's obviously not balanced compared to the other weapons. The berserker shield is stupid and should be removed completely. The upgraded movement speed REALLY needs tweaking because it's pretty much impossible to keep up with people moving twice as fast as normal, especially on such small maps. It just feels way to "herky-jerky." Speaking of...the maps seem way too small and cramped which is why the plasma cannon dominates and the upgraded movement speed seems too fast. Also, there isn't enough room to use the jet pack (which is awesome) and grappling hook (also awesome). I just don't really enjoy the same thing every game which is having people bull charge me with a plasma cannon and berserker shield all the time. I like blasting others with the plasma cannon but I don't want to feel that I have to use it every game to be successful. Having said all that, I really appreciate ngmoco and their efforts on this awesome game. I know that they will continue to tweak the game and servers while continuing to support it. In my opinion, the potential won't be fully reached until the balancing issues are solved and some different maps are introduced.

I am on a completely updated 3gs playing strictly over 3G from northwest usa. ps. just for the record, i am FOR the berserker shield. it at least gives a fighting chance to lower ranked players and come on, you can still avoid someone with it. i find i get hit by someone with one only if i make an error.
I HATE the plasma cannon. I'm lvl 13 2204 Skill, upgraded the following items as high as my lvl allows me: sentry armor vaporizer rocket launcher. In the Lift map for example, I always use my vaporizer for long range kills, but I'm convinced I made the wrong mistake by choosing for the vaporizer instead of the plasma cannon, becouse the person I try to "snipe" with my vaporizer usually kills me before I barely fired 1 shot. The plasma cannon should be eliminate's shotgun, but now its more like the All in 1 machine; shotgun, sniper and semi-automatic gun in 1 plasma cannon! Why the heck did I paid over 600 coins for the vaporizer? the plasma cannon is 6 times cheaper and at least 2 times stronger! Oh and another thing you should change: If you shield bash someone with the berserker shield you automaticly pick up the health recharge power up and you lose your shield. Fix it!
No, no, no... I don't want this! Then you could berserk shield like 10 people in a row, and it would be even worse than it is now. I'm glad your powerup automatically changes when you pick up a new one, it gives some strategy to how you use your power ups and at least dumbs down the zerk shield a little bit. Imagine how much people would camp the shield if it stayed on you for the full amount of time!
No. Guys, here is an obvious sign of someone who heavily relies on berserk shields too much and can't win buy shooting
At lv13, you couldn't have upgraded the vaporiser much, if at all. When upgraded that thing can be very powerful. The plasma cannons of people you're facing could be upgraded 3 or 4 times already. The default items are heavily under powered compared to souped up gear. I'm still using the default armour and my plasma cannon (both upgraded quite a bit) until my other stuff has at least 2 upgrades applied due to this fact.
Same here. This is crap!!! To wait 12 hrs to recharge or moreover to pay to recharge just to have it all lost in a few minutes due to lag and connection lost issues is major BS. Here's a simple look: It's like you go to chuck e cheeze and put $$ in a machine that is evidently out of order. Screw that, go to the manager and get your $$ back since their machine is defective. Get enough mad people that lose their $$ in that same machine and then maybe someone will take notice and fix the stupid thing. I personally would like a refund, because I paid for a specific service, only it never happened due to "technical difficulties".
To all the people at ngmoco you need to make the plasma cannon more like a shotgun and less like a long range spew gun. It takes no skill to use and is a very easy kill
I've softened up on the shield now, I think it can stay, but either make the respawn time for it longer than other power-ups, or split it up into two separate power ups, beserker and shield. But as it stands now, yea it's boring to play king of the beserker shield hill.

Hi, I'm "Wo0t" from the game. I am level 10 and now I don't know if I should wait to buy the Vaporizer or get the Rocket Launcher now. I have a upgraded Auto Rifle and the Gravity Hook(just for getting to places faster). I also would love to see a weapon guide or something of the sort pop up somewhere soon.
