More than 240 mins per refill Anyone experience seeing more than 240 mins waiting for next refill? I know it would take 12 hours to refill the whole bar, but after each 1/3 refills the clock starts it next countdown at like 245 or more. Why is this? I am waiting more than 4 hours per refill. Other than that this game is WICKED AWESOME!!
thanks ipodlady but to be honest i really regret now having shared this information with a bunch of strangers. in an effort to keep this thread from goin off on a tangent, please forget i said anything.
Man, I hate having a high skill and not having any energy. Everyone is leveling up like crazy, and therefore upgrading all of their gear. I'm stuck on a high skill and crappy gear compared to c4ptain, joshn, terrorist, etc. My skill is 6200 or so. I'm currently 16 on the leaderboard, I think.
I agree. I think it should first pair you up based on level and then on skill. Not very nice when it takes the other person one or two shots to kill you and it takes you 5 or 6 shots to kill him.
I don't know if this has been commented on before, but it seems to be (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong) that the energy recharge is no cumulative... The recharge timer begins ONLY if you sign into the game... Meaning that if I'm out of energy and have 240 minutes to go, and I don't play Eliminate for 2 days, I will still only have 1/3 of the energy!! THEN the 240 min. countdown for the next recharge will begin... If anything I would definitely like to see ngmoco make the timers cumulative (i.e. if you don't touch the game in 24 hours, you'll be completely energized)... just my 2 cents, peace out.
ive already PMed mjmoco about this same issue, and from the sounds of it, its g2 continue to be based on skill, which i dont think is the best design system: "We've made tweaks to the matchmaking system that should improve this. We're basing this on skill level because it's more accurate reflection of how good you are at the game than level. And Zincious has demonstrated that it is possible to beat players who are better outfitted than you. In Canada, it was much more of a problem because there were fewer people in the matchmaking pool. We're listening, but we think we've tuned it to the point where it shouldn't be an issue for most." --MJ
