Alright stupid question, something I thought I'd figure out by now: What is the icon next to your name mean? Does it have to do with skill? I just don't see any correlation.
This thread is so epic ! Makes the game so much enjoyable to go into this almost-live thread :b Wonder if ngmoco is looking over us... Like some kind of friendly Big Brother, looking for exploits and such. Also... damn... that 280 case is tempting... It would just solve all my power problems for DAYS to come! but 10 bucks Ah, I might buy it sooner or later, when I get just a tiny bit deeper into the game. Already bought a 1$ pack. How about you guys? Have you bought PCs?
Knowing that the PCs would be a slipper slope, instead of just buying $1 I just went straight for the $10. It has lasted me so far and I haven't had to buy any more. I wish that ngmoco would lower the charge time or increase the charge amount though. I'd still buy the PCs... Oh well.
Both are decent weapons, and I think you'll be served well with either one of them. Personally, I think I prefer the vaporizer, though. Even so, I'm still sticking with the auto rifle
dont get the vaporizer.. 1] u need to be a high lv to be able to unlock the upgrades 2] as it comes stock, it sucks. 3 shots per clip. slow fire/reload rate. waste of money if u get good with the RL, then go for it
The issues I've seen a lot of people mentioning here are long startup times before the game connects to "HQ", uneven matchmaking, and long waits for energy recharge. I can confirm all of those as well, but aside from that, I haven't ran into any issues at all. And even with those, the game is great!
I'm currently level 11, using Infiltrator armor in midnight, and a Plasma cannon and Auto rifle. I just bought the Vaporizer and tried it out on a match.. wow. Total waste of 500 credits. The rate of fire sucks and the clip only holds 3? I guess it's more a sniper-type gun (and I am NOT a sniper type). But meh. Using my leveled-up Plasma cannon and Auto rifle get me a lot more kills than using a non leveled Vaporizer.
It's a sniper. If you can master it, then prepare for one hit kills. Trust me play one game with terrorist and he will inspire you to use it.
A pretty simple request from me would be to customize the crosshair. its a very personal thing, some people like 'em big, some people like them small. Some people just want something that looks awesome, and some people again don't want it at all. Please, just give is 5 or something like that in the next update. Also, I think the free charge should fully charge. The single-match makes the game less usefull for people not paying. The current prices for Power Cells are great and then the best sign that your made a great game: My number 1 request would be: More weapons, more maps, more powerUps, more, more, more! Its great as it is! I just want MORE!!
It seems like mastering one hit kill headshots on this game would be impossible, with the way everyone spastically sprints around. But I suppose a better player would put it to good use.
