how do you download when you're signed out? it want's me to sign in first... process? 1 - sign out 2 - dl a free app (somehow) 3 - sign in 4 - change country and provide semilegitimate address info.. how far off am I?
Sign out,change country to canada, dl free app by clicking the button, sign in, create account, continue, once you get to the credit part, click None
